Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the automation of our SaaS platform's lifecycle. You'll be responsible for creating and managing automated systems for tenant creation, onboarding, and offboarding. This role requires a strong understanding of both cloud infrastructure and development principles to build robust, scalable, and secure solutions. You'll also be instrumental in migrating existing manual processes to an automated framework.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and architecture.
  • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • At least 2-3 relevant demonstrable project experiences in a SaaS or multi-tenant environment are required.
  • Prior experience with a SaaS environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools for the entire SaaS tenant lifecycle, from creation to offboarding.
  • Utilize AWS CloudFormation and Terraform to implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for our multi-tenant environments.
  • Work with development and operations teams to integrate automation into our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the automation of tenant environments.
  • Document automation processes and train other team members on best practices.
